Hello everyone,

As some of you may have heard from your life coaches, we are switching to a client pay model starting today, June 1st 2023. This means that individual sessions with life coaches will no longer be free. This change is due to completion of our funding and though it saddens us that we are no longer able to provide this service for free, we leave you in the capable hands of our coaches. We thank UCC for the funding and valuable logistical support throughout this very difficult year and allowing our team of mental health professionals to provide free care to those in need.

Our group sessions will remain free and available for the foreseeable future - please refer to the schedule on our website for details.
